Overview

The DM Inbox is your centralized hub for viewing all direct messages across your connected accounts. This includes DMs initiated by Blueberry campaigns, automated responses, and organic customer conversations.
The inbox can be used manually for one-on-one conversations or fully automated with AI-powered responses and campaign workflows.

Accessing the DM Inbox

Open Inbox

Click Inbox in the sidebar

Select DMs Tab

Select the DMs tab to view all direct message threads

View Conversations

Browse all direct message threads across your connected accounts
The DM Inbox is separate from DM Campaigns, which are accessed via the DMs menu in the sidebar.

Open Thread

Click on a thread to open the conversation

Review History

Review the conversation history to understand the context

Type Response or Use AI Suggestions

Type your response in the message box at the bottom or use AI suggestions to help you respond.

Send Message

Click Send to deliver the message to the recipient
