Filtering and Sorting

Use the toolbar to find specific groups of people:

Search

Find contacts by name or username using the search bar.

Filter by Segment

Select specific segments to view only contacts within those groups.

Filter by Platform

Toggle between Facebook, Instagram, or view all platforms.

Sort

Order contacts by Fan Score, Last Interaction, or Created Date.

Contact Details

Click on any contact to open their details sheet. From here, you can:
  • View History: See past conversations and interactions.
  • Edit Segments: Manually add or remove segments.
  • Add Notes: Leave internal notes for your team about this contact.
  • View Stats: See detailed engagement metrics.

Understanding Contact Data

Each row in the community table represents a unique contact and includes:

Profile
Profile picture, name, and marketing consent status (👑).
Handle
Text
Their social media username.
Channels
Icon
Which platforms they’ve engaged on (Instagram, Facebook).
Email
Text
Collected email addresses
Agent Log
Status
Quick status of the most recent AI interaction.
Segments
Tags
Tags assigned to this contact (e.g., “VIP”, “New Customer”). These can either be auto-tagged by Blueberry or added manually.
Audience
Metrics
Their follower/following counts and verification status.
Engagement
Metrics
Time since last interaction and total interaction count.

Score
A dynamic score indicating how engaged someone is with your brand.
